Terms & Conditions

1. Payment Policy

Payment once made is non-refundable unless the Service Provider fails to deliver agreed services within the specified timeline.

2. No Unauthorized Complaints

Client agrees not to file unauthorized chargebacks or disputes for services rendered as per this agreement. Any disputes must be raised directly with the Service Provider first.

3. Server Rent

Server rent is payable every month/year as per agreed plan. Non-payment within 7 days of due date may result in service suspension without prior notice.

4. Legal Binding

This agreement is legally binding. OTP verification, digital signature, ID details, and IP address serve as valid legal proof under Indian IT Act 2000.

5. Scope of Work

Any changes beyond agreed scope will be charged separately at prevailing rates.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and technical information strictly confidential.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in the registered office location.
